Calcium gluconate CAS 299-28-5 is an organic calcium salt with the chemical formula C12H22O14Ca. Application area
To make tofu pudding, calcium gluconate powder is added into soybean milk. soybean milk will become semi liquid and semi solid tofu pudding, sometimes called hot tofu.
