Application area

1. This product is an important cross-linking agent for the production of wire and cable insulation and protective layer materials using polyethylene cross-linking. Compared with general peroxide cross-linking and radiation cross-linking, its cross-linking process has the advantages of simple equipment, low investment, easy control, wide application range for polyethylene density, suitable for producing special shaped fan-shaped wire cores, and high extrusion speed. Due to the excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance, and stress cracking resistance of silane crosslinked polyethylene, this product is widely used in the manufacturing of wires, insulation, and sheath materials.

2. Used for cross-linking polyethylene to manufacture heat-resistant pipes, hoses, and films. The cross-linked polyethylene produced by using this product as a cross-linking agent has advantages such as good resistance to aromatics, oil, stress cracking, high mechanical strength, and good heat resistance. It can be used for 50 years at 80 ℃. Can be used for the anti-corrosion and thermal insulation outer protective layer of oil long-distance pipelines, natural gas, and gas pipelines, as well as the matching anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, and shrinkage sleeve joint coating materials; It can be used for water supply pipes and hot water pipes in residential buildings. This product can also be used as a crosslinking agent for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, and ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer.

Used for impregnation treatment of glass fibers and inorganic silicon-containing fillers to improve the wetting and bonding properties between resin and glass fibers, thereby effectively improving the mechanical strength and electrical properties of fiberglass and plastic laminated products, especially in the wet state. It also significantly improves the weather resistance, water resistance, and heat resistance of fiberglass, extending the service life of the product.
